How-To VYBE

General VYBE Instructions:


  1. Fully charge the battery prior to first use, then power on the VYBE Percussion Massager.
  2. Float the VYBE over each muscle group, about 60 seconds per region.
  3. Apply pressure as needed, but let the percussion do most of the work.
  4. For overall relief, move the massager along each muscle. For knots and sore spots, keep the VYBE on the area moving in small circles for about 20 seconds.
  5. Take deep breaths and relax.
  6. Use the VYBE in 15 minute sessions, up to 3 times per day.

VYBE Pro Instructions:

  1. Fully charge the battery of your Vybe Pro Percussion Massage Gun prior to first use. Plug the DC end of the supplied adapter to the battery charging port and plug the charger into the wall outlet. The battery is fully charged when all 4 indicator lights shine without flashing.
  2. Screw on one of the attachment heads clockwise. Do not over tighten.
  3. Flip the power switch to the ON position.
  4. Press the (+) button to increase percussion speed and intensity. Press the (-) button to decrease percussion speed and intensity.
  5. Automatic Memory Function. Switch device to the OFF position, and VYBE will automatically default to the most recently used speed level when switched back ON.
  6. Guide the VYBE along your muscle groups, applying more pressure on knots or areas of tension.

VYBE V2 Instructions:


  1. Insert the battery for your Vybe V2 Percussion Massage Gun with the sharpest angle on the top of the triangle.
  2. To adjust the speed: Rotate the dial to control the speed to 1 of 6 percussion frequency settings. Make sure the VYBE is turned OFF.
  3. Screw on one of the attachment heads clockwise. Do not over tighten.
  4. Push trigger to turn on the percussion massage gun
  5. Guide the VYBE along your muscle groups, applying more pressure on knots or areas of tension.
  6. Pull the trigger again to turn off the massage gun.
  7. To release the battery, squeeze the black grips on both sides of the battery then pull to remove.

VYBE Premium Instructions:


  1. Fully charge the battery for your Vybe Premium Massage Gun for six hours before first use. Plug the DC end of the supplied 26 volt adapter to the battery charging port and plug the charger into the wall outlet. When charging, the light will be flashing. When fully charged, the light will be fully illuminated.
  2. Screw on one of the attachment heads clockwise. Do not over tighten.
  3. Press and hold the ON/OFF button to turn on the device to setting level 1. Press the button twice to increase intensity to level 2. Each press of the button increases the speed level. Press the button 6 times to enter standby mode.
  4. Guide the VYBE along your muscle groups, applying more pressure on knots or areas of tension.
  5. Press and hold the ON/OFF button to instantly shut down. After 15 minutes without use, VYBE will automatically power down.

VYBE Flex Instructions:


  1. Charge the battery fully (2+ hours) before using your VYBE Flex for the first time.
  2. To charge your battery, connect the USB-C cord to the charging port on the bottom of the handle.
  3. To turn on your VYBE, press and hold the power button.
  4. To add/ remove the massage tips: insert the tip into the opening in the VYBE Flex, make sure the attachment is secure before operation. To remove a massage tip, hold the power button to power OFF the Flex, then graph the attachment tip and pull it out of the device.
  5. To cycle through vibration speeds, click the power button.
  6. At the desired speed, float the head of the massage tip along the desired muscle group for 60 seconds. Apply pressure as needed, there should never be a need to press very hard (allow the vibration pulses to do the work). If too much pressure is applied the massage head may stop momentarily, or shut off, as a safety mechanism.
  7. Press and hold the power button to turn off the massage gun.
